1, the new 24V battery needs to be fully charged before use. Firstly, connect the battery to the charger, wait until the green light on the charger is on, and then insert the charger into the power outlet.
2, the battery wiring should be undamaged, and the joints should be tightly coupled.
3, 24V battery in use and charging process, the battery cover should be kept closed.
4, to extend the service life of the battery, the battery discharge should not exceed eighty per cent of the actual capacity.
5, long cycle 24V battery should be regularly balance charging. Balance charging is a kind of low-current, extended charging after normal charging. This kind of delayed charging is beneficial to maintain the voltage balance between the various parts of the battery. Frequently used batteries should be charged weekly with an extended charge. If you use an automatic charger, after normal charging is completed, disconnect the charger, and then reconnect the power to carry out extended charging.
6.When storing, we recommend:
1)Fully charge the battery before storage.
2)Remove all battery connecting wires.
3)Try to store the 24V battery in a cool environment, but at the same time it should be noted that the temperature should be above zero degree Celsius. A stored battery will discharge slowly, the lower the temperature, the slower the discharge.
4)If the battery is stored for a long time and not used, it should be charged every two months.
