1. may be due to the charger and floor machine batteries connection plug is not plugged into place, check the charger output plug and lithium battery output plug appearance, check the charger output plug / lithium battery output plug copper terminals within the oxidation, blackening, corrosion phenomenon, whether there are foreign objects within the plug, if: the output plug copper terminal oxidation occurs within the phenomenon, we can find files or sandpaper to polish a bit.

3. In the case of tools multimeter, you can measure the battery charging/discharging port voltage, our standard charging and discharging port voltage between 17.5V ~ 26V, if the test charging/discharging port voltage in this range, and the error is less than 0.2V, judged to be within a reasonable margin of error, if the charging port voltage, discharge port voltage, you can disconnect any one of the positive and negative lines of the discharge port and wait 2-3 seconds, measure the discharge port voltage. If there is voltage at the charging port and no voltage at the discharging port, you can disconnect any one of the positive and negative wires of the discharging port and wait for 2-3 seconds to measure whether the voltage at the discharging port is restored.
