Furthermore, the battery achieves an overall IP65 protection rating, providing additional resistance against overflowing sewage and damp environments during cleaning operations. This creates a dual external protection system of "active drainage + passive blocking," comprehensively enhancing external protection capabilities.  

For internal safety, PRD has installed high-performance insulation barriers between the cells. This design isolates each cell individually, effectively preventing internal short circuits caused by compression and deformation. At the same time, the insulation barriers offer excellent high-temperature resistance and insulation properties, effectively containing heat diffusion in the event of an abnormal cell and minimizing risks. From "preventing failures" to "controlling risks," this ensures the overall safety of the battery pack.  

In terms of shock resistance optimization, PRD has filled the space between the cell group and the outer shell with high-elasticity shock-absorbing foam. This material efficiently absorbs and cushions impact energy from all directions, safeguarding the stability of cell welding points and circuit connections. It significantly enhances the structural reliability and service life of the battery in vibrating environments. Whether on smooth mall tiles, rough factory concrete, or bumpy outdoor roads, it effectively mitigates vibration impacts during equipment movement, ensuring cleaning devices receive consistent and stable power support across various ground conditions.
