Considerations for the application of lithium batteries in AGV carts include the following:

The power of the AGV lithium battery trolley has to come from the power source in its body - lithium battery, precautions such as not over-discharging, do not disassemble at will, and so on. Any abnormalities found, such as serious deformation of the battery, odour, leakage, unexplained noise, etc., to immediately stop using.

Environmental requirements: AGV lithium battery trolley needs to be in a place that avoids direct sunlight, is dry and ventilated, and has no heat source nearby when working or storing. When transporting and loading and unloading lithium batteries, be careful not to fall, heavy pressure and other accidents. After 12 hours of continuous charging, if the charger does not shift the light or the surface is hot, you need to stop charging immediately.

Maintenance and care:

Charging management: discharged batteries and lithium batteries should be charged in a timely manner, with a maximum delay of 24 hours. If the battery is not used for a long time, it should be charged once a month, and each time should be full.

Appearance check: Keep the appearance of the battery dry, the terminals and terminals are covered with insulating caps. The connection of each two battery monoblocs should have good contact without looseness.

Intelligent management: The combination of lithium batteries and intelligent battery management system (BMS) enables AGV carts to achieve a higher level of intelligent management. Through real-time monitoring of battery status, optimisation of charging strategy, prediction of battery life, etc., the intelligent level of AGV carts is further enhanced.
